Admissions Requirements for Tranquility and Allegiance Academy
Tranquility and Allegiance Academy requirements for admission to the Nurse Aide Training Program is as follows:
- Must be at least 17 years of age or older (If you are 17, you must have written consent from your guardian).
- Registration form must be completed online. The $50.00 registration fee must be paid when the registration form has been submitted.
- Must be able to pass the school entrance examination.
- Tranquility and Allegiance Academy requires a Health Form completed by a physician (must include a negative tuberculosis screening test/ either 2-step PPD or QuantiFERON GOLD TB Plus or chest x-ray if PPD is positive). The health form can not be dated more than a year from date of your enrollment.
- All students must pass a criminal background check (must be free from any felonies or other prohibitive offenses). https://epatch.pa.gov
- Enrollment Agreement has to be reviewed, signed, and dated.
